Developed by Doctor Milton Trager , the Trager * is a gentle and effective approach aimed at reducing muscle tension, increasing physical mobility and reducing pain and the effects of stress.
It is suitable for almost all conditions and has very few contraindications.
During a session, I use gentle, rhythmic movements for each part of the body, which lets it rock with movement, in a state of letting go and deep relaxation.
Note, the Trager is practiced without oil.
